Planning Board Submission Procedures:

asterixFor detailed information, all applicants should review Chapter 300 of the Ocean County Subdivision and Site Plan Resolution.

Development Application Package Requirements:

All Applications for Subdivision, Site Plan or Lot Consolidation require three (3) sets consisting of:

  1. Application ChecklistApplication Submission Checklist
    • All items on checklist must be submitted with application to be considered complete and ready for review. Download PDF (110 KB)
  2. Application for Subdivision, Site Plan or Lot Consolidation

    • Application must be LEGAL size and clearly legible. (3 copies)
    • Application
    • NO faxed copies, poor copies or letter-sized applications will be accepted.
    • Failure to conform to the above specifications will automatically deem an application incomplete.
    • Get interactive Application here (PDF) or contact the Planning Department for an original to be mailed to your address.
    • Be sure to set Page Size to LEGAL and Page Scaling to None.
  3. Fee Schedule (2 copies)
  4. Sealed original plat or site plan map plus two (2) paper copies.
Submission and Filing Requirements:
 

All applications must be filed at the Planning Board office no later than noon five (5) working days (typically Wednesday) prior to a scheduled meeting date. Meetings are normally held on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Wednesdays of each month.

Applications under the development review jurisdiction of the Pinelands Commission must also meet the application requirements contained in the Comprehensive Management Plan for the Pinelands National Reserve and Pinelands Area adopted by the Pinelands Commission. The Pinelands Certificate of Filing Docket No. and Review Permit No. will be required on the Application Form.
