Ocean County Celebrates 300th First-Time Homebuyer
On July 1, 2008, Diane Forlenza (center) was recognized as the 300th homeowner to have been helped by the Ocean County First-Time Homebuyer Program. The First-Time Homebuyer Program is designed to assist eligible low and moderate income residents in the purchase of a home.
